Miramar Home Remodeling, East to West
One City, Two Very Different Kinds of Homes
Miramar stretches a long way from east to west, and the houses change as you go. The east side, near State Road 7, was built out first - modest concrete-block homes from the 1950s and 60s that are now prime candidates for a full interior update. Drive west past I-75 and you are in a different era: large planned communities from the 1990s and 2000s, where the houses are newer but often still wearing every builder-grade finish they came with.
We remodel both. On the east side that usually means a complete refresh - new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, new lighting, and opening up small closed rooms into a modern layout. On the west side it is about upgrading: turning a standard builder kitchen into a custom one, finishing bathrooms to a higher level, and making a common floor plan feel like your own house.
Matched to Your Side of Miramar
For older east Miramar homes we handle full renovations, kitchen and bathroom rebuilds, flooring replacement and layout changes - including removing walls in concrete-block construction, which takes proper planning but opens these homes up beautifully.
For newer homes out west we do kitchen upgrades, primary bath remodels, flooring throughout, painting, and built-ins. Many of these communities have HOAs, and while interior work is normally your call, we help sort out anything that does need community or city sign-off.
Why Miramar Homeowners Call Gold Coast
Because we scope the project for the house you actually have. A 1960s block home and a 2005 two-story need different plans, different budgets of time, and different crews on certain days - and we bring the right approach to each.
Which Miramar house is yours - older east or newer west?
Either way, we can tell you exactly what an update would involve.
